RETURN POLICY:
All Sales are final after 7 days.

Returns are for exchanges only, and will only be made within 7 days of purchase. In the case of an exchange, the customer is responsible for both the return shipping of the original product and shipping charges for the new product to be shipped. Please remember that the stitching on our cornhole bags is guaranteed for 30 days after date of purchase. All you need to do is return the empty (No Corn) cornhole bag that has bad stitching and we will ship you a new one within 1 week of receiving it. This guarantee only covers the stitching not the fabric itself.

In the event of a return, all returned product will be subject to a 15% restocking fee.

GUARANTEE:
Cornhole.com manufactures high quality cornhole board and cornhole bag sets. Cornhole.com guarantees the cornhole products will be received in good working condition. Please see our Return Policy for more information.

SHIPPING TIME:
Cornhole.com will process all cornhole orders between 2-5 business days of receipt. For Shipping Cornhole.com uses FedEx Ground for all cornhole deliveries. Please expect the reasonable and customary shipping time for cornhole products to be delivered to your destination. SHIPPING DAMAGE CLAIMS
While the frequency of damaged packages is low, in the event that one of our products is delivered in a damaged state, Cornhole.com must be notified within 48 hours of receipt of the package. We will make every effort to resolve the situation and get a replacement product delivered in a timely fashion. Any shipping damage claims filed beyond 48 hours from receipt of the package will be the sole responsibility of the recipient.

The only information collected on out site is information provided by our customers and that is associated with your order for processing and shipping.
